Theresa I am commenting to say we have fell into the same scam of Debbie's lies. We are having trouble recovering our money as well.

Can you give me advice as to how you worked with law enforcement to recover your money? In September it will be a year of her taking 40,000 from us with promises to give me a refund but of course she has not given us a single penny back nor a delivery date either. She is now not even answering her phone for me.

Did you work with your local office, the office in their home town of Helena, MT or in their claimed to be office in Canyon, TX? Thanks for any help you may provide to me.

This is false she has done this to many people, you can see the proof online from all the complaints. She has taken 40,000 from me and never delivered a barn nor has she even refunded my money. She is a thief, BBB has even dropped her account and flagged it as untrusted because of all of the complaints from her taking money and not delivering a product.

I’ve been doing business with lone star custom barns I’ve purchased several barns from them never had a problem getting my barns built I realize they might run into problems ordering materials due too material shortages but I’m very happy to due business with a great company as Debbie Brown Russell / lone star custom barns of canyon Texas/ Montana I’ll offer for anyone to come to Mississippi to see my barns built by lone star custom barns

I’ve been in the business raising working horse and cattle for over 45 years I’ve purchased several barns from lone star custom barns never had any any problems and I will continue doing business with lone star barns

Everyone check out www.indeed.com and look up this puke who posted this. His name is Mathew Lance Seely and his whole work experience is on that site all the way back to 1998 and no where is Lonestar Barns listed because he never worked for Lonestar Barns.

Sad, sad person needs to get a life. I hope they sue you until the cows come home.

This person is a liar. I have a Lonestar barn and had no problems at all with the company, enployee's or quality of the barn.

I was recommend to them by Homeland Security enployees who have several of their barns.

This person posting this is a sick individual. All I can say is when the Karma bus comes to town they will be parking on their doorstep.

Ummm ya right!!! Debbie Brown, Russel, or whatever she is going by now, is worse than a snake in the grass and will do anything to defame anyone who goes up against her.

Beware! No one is lying and there are a crapload of people who have been hoodwinked by this grotesque human being.

What a joke! Debbie Brown, Russel, or whatever name she is using now is the biggest rip-off scam artist around.

She has ripped off so many people and is being sued by a few!

She will go to any extreme to defame anyone that goes up against her. She has even gone to jail!

Also cheated us. Had to drive to Canyon Texas to "encourage" timely deliver of the barn materials.

We finally got all the materials and then they showed up with a couple of inexperienced "builders" along with Mike (talks but no skills) to put he barn up. That lasted two days. They didn't follow the building plans and everything was very very sloppy. We are experienced custom home builders and ended up putting up the barn to our quality standards in 7 weeks at our own expense.

Despite paying Lonestar for assembly (ripped off on that). We also spent a lot of extra money for extra steel and building materials to bring the barn up to building permit standards. So far no returned communication from Debbie on our refund for the materials for a drop ceiling in the tack room and also a refund for not staining and finishing about 400 pieces of pine lumber. Nothing on the Lonestar Barn website is true except for the empty promises.

Debbie, Mike, and Mary are full of empty promises and stories, comments and rebuttal.

If they are that great. Why are so many complaints posted online from consumers?

Josh Burn can you reach out to me. I am going through the same thing with this company and they have stolen 40,000 from me it will be a year in Sept 2023 no barn no refund and they will not contact me back. I need to know how to proceed with criminal charges

So sad....I'm pleased to see people are still posting in regards to lone Star. Keep these email strings alive so we stand a better chance in helping the next unsuspecting person NOT get ripped off.

My husband and I got 100% of our money back ($15,000) because of our local DA and sheriffs department in brazos county Texas. Debbie fears jail so do not be afraid to get law enforcement involved!!!!

The inferior installation situation with the barn we bought from Lonestar Barns remains unresolved at this point . Any correspondence by them and from them has been loaded with provable untruths and slander which makes it clear that they have no intention of standing behind their installers extremely poor installation of this barn.

They have been the worst example of customer service and customer relations we have ever encountered.

We will continue to pursue this matter. Per the comments from "So Sad"--buyer beware.
